The current main building was built between 1914 and 1916, replacing an older structure. A unique feature of Barritskov is that it remained in the same family from 1356 to 1913, which is quite rare. Today, the estate is privately owned and is the headquarters of Aarstiderne, a company known for its organic vegetable production. Although the main building is not open to the public, you can view it from the nearby public roads.
