The present ruins of the summit castle are located on the summit of the 644 m high Hohenkrähen ("Krayen"), a mountain of volcanic origin north of Singen in the Hegau, between the villages of Duchtlingen, Schlatt unter Krähen and Mühlhausen in the Duchtlingen district.

Great views on the bike path towards Lake Constance. But unfortunately the bike / hiking trail is a bit narrow.

Radolfzell should not be missed. Beautiful, old, small old town with the centrally located cathedral, a small but fine museum, a wide range of gastronomic offerings, the beach promenade directly at the train station, the Mettnau peninsula with a nature reserve, the outdoor swimming pool, pier for the solar ferry, a boat rental not only with rowing and Treboating, I really liked a kayak, you can rent SUP boards a little way towards Moos ... and last but not least, the town is the perfect starting point for bike tours, and you can always easily get back by train.

A detour that is worthwhile. Don't forget the beautiful old town with church and market square and the promenade by the lake!
