Unfortunately, the Prinzendamm is not always open. Please note the notices at both entrances. It is accessible for mountain bikes and trekking bikes as it is made of compacted gravel. The name "Prinzendamm" comes from the fact that in the past, the nobility would travel by train to Jävenitz and then travel by carriage to the hunting lodge in Letzlingen.
