The Old Town Hall is located in the center of Pfeddersheim. It was built between 1760 and 1770 and originally served as the Orb family's castle. Since the 19th century, the building has housed the town hall and administrative offices. The police are also currently located here. Above the entrance is the Pfeddersheim coat of arms, which identifies the town as a former Free Imperial City.

Very nice and cozy rest area near the Leiselbach. By the way, according to Wikipedia: The Leiselbach (in dialect the Leiselsbach, also known as the Leisel) is an almost 9 km long northern, left tributary of the Pfrimm.

You can also refill your water supply here...🚴♂️ The 11th-century basilica, dedicated to St. Lambertus of Liège (635-700), was formerly owned by the Augustinian Canons on the Aegidienberg in Liège. Special features of the three-aisled hall church include the choir platform and tunnel crypt (barrel vault), as well as 14th-century wall paintings. In the Middle Ages, it was a pilgrimage church, and from 1684 to 1910, the building was used as a combined church.
