Reit im Winkl's waterfall, the Hausbachfall, is a small landmark of the town. The Hausbach stream rushes down the Hausberg mountain in the north, very close to the town center. Especially after heavy rainfall, enormous masses of water rush down through the gorge. In hot, dry summers, however, it is sometimes barely visible. From 694 m above sea level the water roars down, the path does not continue, you have to go back a bit about 90 m, then the path continues to the Hefter Alm

On the way to Röthelmoosalm there are many beautiful waterfalls to see.

Nice to see, but not a highlight. A waterfall like many others.
