An idyllic and quiet place... Very nice ! The paths around the pond(s) are not suitable for touring bikes. Get off and explore on foot... simply beautiful!

The Erlenhofsee is a small 8.00ha lake in Ransbach-Baumbach. At its deepest point, the Erlenhofsee is approx. 14 m deep. The body of water is considered rich in fish. All important Central European fish species such as eel, perch, pike, carp, roach, rudd, tench, catfish and zander are found and is therefore interesting for coarse and predatory fish anglers. The fishing waters are managed by the fishing club Ransbach-Baumbach 1969 e.V. Guest anglers can purchase fishing permits for this body of water. Source: www.monsterfisch.de
