Find the paths that suit your physical constitution and the current climate. charms of nature The Hochtaunus Healing Climate Park includes the health resorts of Königstein im Taunus and Falkenstein as well as a 20 square kilometer forest area, which is only interrupted by a short connecting road to the Großer Feldberg. There are the Großer and Kleiner Feldberg at 881 meters and 825 meters as well as the Altkönig at 798 meters above sea level. d. M. The lowest altitudes are on the southern edge of the park at around 300 meters above sea level. Together with the Urselbachtal in the east and the Reichenbachtal in the southwest, the park has a well-structured area where different climatic stimuli prevail.

Beautiful refuge with a great view. And with a guest book!

The view is worth a visit, and a nice short S2 starts right at the hut 🙋🏻‍♂️

In the refuge, on the 500 meter high Kuhkopf, there is even a Wetterau »summit book« 😂 And a short but crisp S2 + trail Trail directly from the hut

Great vantage point, just a few meters from the "Rübezahlweg" 👌😎 From the small wooden tower "Lips Tempel", located at approx. 600 m, you have a direct view of the two castle ruins, Falkenstein and Königstein.

Great location for a stop on the hiking tour. It can get pretty crowded here on weekends.
