It's always muddy in the Hörschbach Gorge. Sturdy shoes are a must.

Very nice, adventurous hiking trail. Absolutely to recommend. Imposing rock formation. Descent is easily accessible for everyone with ropes and chains on the steep stairs. We were there in bad weather (rain), it was a bit slippery and muddy, but deserted. ;-) Sturdy shoes are recommended.

Some of the bridges need new boards. Be careful when crossing

An absolute highlight of the region. Unfortunately, most of the path along the stream has been washed away, which makes it very exhausting and adventurous
