Homburg Castle has been municipally owned since 1869. The Triefenstein market as the current owner had to make a lot of efforts to save the half-timbered building from decay.

Don't hesitate, sometimes take the ferry, it's not expensive and the view from the Main is even better 😁. You can also take the ferry back. In summer, at least on the weekends, there is always an ice cream man with extremely delicious ice cream. Promise (see pictures).🍦
