Very beautiful inhabited castle 🏰 in Mainsondheim

The Mainsondheim Castle was built in the 16th century, and in 1728, when the village was transferred to the Barons of Bechtolsheim, various baroque changes were made. The inner part of the park is designed in a strictly formal manner. A large avenue of linden trees runs through the entire length of the park as a central axis. The historic Crailsheim Castle in the wine-growing community of Rödelsee, at the foot of the Schwanberg, is home to an attractive meeting point for locals and guests: the Vinfothek sells wines from all Rödelsee winegrowers and the Franken eG winegrowers' association.

Sommerhausen is a beautiful old town with romantic streets and good restaurants.
