Always good for a walk

The Kuckstein is a mountain in the Ennert, which slopes down the Siebengebirge to the north. It is located east of the Bonn district of Oberkassel on the right bank of the Rhine and north of Römlinghoven, which belongs to Königswinter. Its height is 190 m above sea level.

Less frequented path, right across the fields :) A piece of my daily commute.

The Flohberg restaurant is located on the L 288 in the district of Pützrath and has been a tapas restaurant under new management for some time. Cold and warm tapas, various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and coffee are offered at reasonable prices. Two terraces in front of and next to the restaurant invite you to take a break. The wide field here is mostly windy. Still very nice to drive and if you look closely you can see the Siebengebirge in the background.

According to the OSM, this mountain is called Monte Tassels and is 75m high. The path starting from the west is the steepest and turns into a staircase in the north. The path from the southwest is not that steep, but it also leads to the stairs. The way from the south to the top is also less steep and is barrier-free. There are also benches upstairs.
