ロールフェリー シュピッツ-アルンスドルフ ロールフェリーは、シュピッツとアルンスドルフの町を水路で結んでいます。2つの船体が連結されたこのフェリーは、20トンの積載量（単独での橋梁積載量10トン）を持ち、人と自動車の両方を輸送します。積載デッキの下部は鋼鉄製ですが、上部は木材で作られています。良好な安定性はカタマラン構造によって保証されています。フェリーは、ドナウ川を横断して張られ、岸辺の頑丈な塔に固定された長さ485メートルのケーブルによって支えられています。フェリーとケーブルは、いわゆる「ジャイロケーブル」で接続されています。推進力には高価なエネルギーは必要なく、ドナウ川の流れを利用するだけです。ロールフェリーには4人の乗組員がおり、それぞれ2人ずつで作業します。2004年以来、アイスランドの芸術家オラファー・エリアソンによる芸術作品がフェリーに設置されています。
