The terrace is great. Unfortunately, the food is less so: tasteless frozen Kaiserschmarrn for a hefty 13 euros, which sits heavily in the stomach.

The Terzerhaus can also be easily reached by lift. Today, at the beginning of November, the lift was of course no longer in operation. The ski season is only just beginning. There is also plenty to keep children entertained with a large playground.

As always, it's cozy and you can eat well. Fast service, good quality food and, as always, a dream panorama.

It's best to arrive straight away by train, as the Mariazellerbahn is one of the most beautiful railway routes in Austria. You can start the hike through the Ötschergräben at different stations and return from another. A stop at Ötscherhias is also part of it.

Very good place to stop for refreshments with very nice landlords!👍

Nice modern cabin, with lots to choose from. However, the cola tasted stale & a frozen Kaiserschmarrn for over 10 euros hurts, plus "fresh" strawberries in winter.

If you happen to pass by, you should stop for a drink at the hut located on the highest mountain in the Mostviertel! :-)
