Rotenturm Castle, located in Rotenturm an der Pinka in Austria's Burgenland, is one of the most important historicist country castles. Beautiful swimming lake, there is a lot to do here from slides to a water playground and a kiosk. There is also a washing area for bikes, really very good. 👍

It is around 300 meters long, a hundred meters wide and a maximum of seven meters deep. The lake is fed by the Rechnitzbach, which rises near Geschreibenstein. The entire bathing area covers an area of more than five hectares. The lake is the starting point for numerous hiking trails through the Geschreibenstein Nature Park. A campsite for tents and mobile homes is available to guests on the lake site. In winter the frozen lake is an ideal ice skating spot.
