The Lend Canal is a four kilometer long artificial waterway that runs from Lake Wörthersee to the center of Klagenfurt. For the most part, it runs parallel to the Tarviser Straße to the north. Villacher Strasse accompanies him to the south.

Viewing and exploring the Lend Canal along the cycle paths is really nice. You have about 4 km various sights that you can marvel at.

Grandiose lake. Incredibly much to discover and see. You can easily circumnavigate it in one day, but that doesn't do justice to the many sights.

The highlight is of course the parish and former collegiate church, which was first mentioned in a document in 894. In its current appearance, the late Gothic church with a Romanesque core served as a translation of the relics of the martyrs Primus and Felicianus. From the end of the 9th century it was the original parish and mission center of the diocese of Freising in Carinthia. Due to its romantic location on the lake, the church is one of the most popular confirmation and wedding churches in Carinthia.
