McKee Parkの最高地点であるMcKee Peakからは、アボッツフォード、フレーザーバレー、そしてMt. RobieやMt. Judge Howayなどの周辺の山々の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。山頂周辺には多くのトレイルがあり、迷いやすいので、ランドマークとして大きな通信塔を利用できます。

Horn Creek Park is a nice bit of wilderness in the city, centered around its namesake creek. There are trails throughout the park with benches dotted along the way. It's also near enough to Old Riverside Park that you can link them together for a longer walk with just a short road walking section.

The Horn Creek Trail is a popular hiking and trail running spot in Abbotsford with plenty of dog walking traffic as well. It's a nice walk for families as well but you'll need to keep a close eye on the kids since the trail does skirt some steep hillsides.

Abbotsford Exhibition Park offers 148 acres of green space perfect for walking a loop, enjoying a picnic, or playing a game on one of the sports fields. With a network of nicely paved and unpaved paths winding through woodlands, open fields, and a duck‑filled pond, it’s a relaxed stop for a gentle stroll or a break during a longer walk. Be aware that occasional events may close sections of the park, so check the schedule if you’re passing through.

The Discovery Trail in Abbotsford offers a scenic pathway featuring a couple of small lakes, boardwalk sections, and paved paths suitable for walking or cycling. Stay alert and courteous to other trail users, including cyclists and dogs.

Fishtrap Creek Nature Park offers a quiet natural stop just outside urban Abbotsford, BC. The park offers an accessible mix of constructed wetland, walking trails, and wildlife habitat. Managed for both storm-water control and biodiversity, the site includes boardwalks, interpretive panels, and the chance to catch glimpses of species like the at-risk Salish sucker fish or migratory birds.

Mill Lake viewpoint is near Picnic Shelter #3, and overlooks a small stream that drains out of the lake.

Mill Lake Park has trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and a fountain in the middle of the lake. It's family friendly and has plenty of benches dotting the lakeside.
