Kristallhütte absolute chic meeting place every 20 minutes you get overtaken by a VIP shuttle on the uphill once you get to the top the food and staff are good you can also charge your e-bike if you ask which is great then the total disappointment the beautiful single trail is closed to MTB so you have to go back the same way in the dust of the shuttle buses sorry it doesn't work 👎😤Tip to still have fun go up when the hut is closed 👍

A great hut at 1834m that offers a very tasty Kaspresskndöel soup. It is even more fantastic to enjoy the food/drink on the terrace. The view of the Achensee and the mountains is breathtaking. You can also stay overnight at the hut. It offers mattress dormitories, shared rooms and twin rooms. The twin rooms are booked up very quickly, especially during the holidays. The hut is a perfect starting point for a variety of hikes and climbs in the Rofan Mountains. It is one of the few huts that is open in both winter and summer. Very good place to stop for refreshments, high quality, great view. The slopes up here are still very neat even later in the afternoon
