Kristallhütte absolute chic meeting place every 20 minutes you get overtaken by a VIP shuttle on the uphill once you get to the top the food and staff are good you can also charge your e-bike if you ask which is great then the total disappointment the beautiful single trail is closed to MTB so you have to go back the same way in the dust of the shuttle buses sorry it doesn't work 👎😤Tip to still have fun go up when the hut is closed 👍

Nice hut with a cozy atmosphere. From here you can take nice extra routes.

Very good place to stop for refreshments, high quality, great view. The slopes up here are still very neat even later in the afternoon

Hello, we (a group of about 20 hiking friends) hiked from Hochfügen via the Rastkogelhütte to Melchboden. It's not an easy hike for the average experienced person! We had very good hiking weather. And yet the hiking trails have not been damaged by grazing cattle and the previous storms It was easy. You should also note the continuous climb, starting in Hochfügen up to a height of around 1950m. Only then does it go downhill again.

A beautifully situated hut, which blends almost invisibly into the landscape. From the sun terrace you can occasionally spot daring climbers on the wall of the Lamsenjochspitze.

Magnificent view but also difficult, not to be underestimated ascent with the E Mtb. Very long, steep and scree slope. From the hut over a narrow, steep scree path only to push. (approx. 1km)

Very good food and large portions.
