From the edge of Gstaad village at 1,047 meters, you can take the gondola lift, which climbs approximately 900 meters in altitude, to the Höhi Wispile mountain station. Cable car operations for the 2025 summer season begin on June 14, 2025, and run until October 12, 2025.

The Soldier's Chalet is an idyllic place to stock up on supplies and enjoy the panoramas of the Gastlosen. The chalet is open between May 15 and November 1.

The Berghaus Wispile is located high above Gstaad and offers breathtaking views of the Saanenland and the surrounding Alps. The Berghaus is a popular starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the region. The restaurant at the Berghaus Wispile serves a selection of traditional Swiss dishes and homemade specialties.
