Wunderlich's Backstuben is a traditional, family-run business in the Vogtland region. It has several branches throughout the region. Here in Oelsnitz, there's also a lovely café offering cakes and tortes, as well as breakfast and snack options and baked goods. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Very relaxing cycle path and pleasant even on very hot days as there are many shady sections.

These last remaining stone crosses in Oelsnitz are probably about 400 years old and are medieval atonement monuments. They were restored in 1982 and are protected archaeological sites. One of these crosses originally stood near the Zoephel House, and the other near the market at the corner of Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße and Dr. Friedrichs-Straße.

The building seen here was constructed between 1861 and 1864. The building was completely renovated and restored in 1990. The bell tower can be seen from afar as you enter the city. The building adorns the very spacious market square and is complemented by a fabulous fountain in front of it.
