It's wonderful to hike along the rippling water

I'm at home in the Allgäu mountains. I also know the mountains very well and had to realize that the gooseneck horn is suggested too trivially. It should be suggested as extra alpine and in places with extremely exposed spots. I have seen inexperienced people on all fours.

The waterfall in the lower part of the Faltbachtobel is particularly impressive at the moment.

Magnificent waterfalls, especially after heavy rainfall. The sounds are very impressive.

It was blocked in May(end). The path is open during summer. There are many waterfalls on the way up.

After the upper and lower Gaisalpsee there is another highlight, the Geisalptobel. The water tumbles down from the Unterer Geisalpsee in a waterfall and finally turns into a peaceful stream in many cascades.

Several waterways. The path runs almost parallel to the course of the river. Sturdy shoes are required. Not suitable for strollers.

*Well, with children this path might not be the best descent into the valley!* The landscape of this path is really beautiful. On the narrow path you walk down when the weir, this way still works. - BUT, after that it gets harder! Lots of rubble, mud and a lot of tripping hazards. - THEREFORE: Sturdy shoes are mandatory after the weir at the latest, because it goes along the Faltbach over extremely slippery ground, down steep gorges into the valley. Despite the difficult descent, we were able to collect incredible great impressions in many places <3
