When cycling on the Isny-Bähnle-Trasse you should stop here briefly. You have to walk to the waterfall, but cooling off with your feet is just heavenly, especially in summer. There is also a shady seating area with a table and benches.

The Falltobelweg meanders wildly and romantically through the valley to the Niedersonthofen waterfall. Initially still easy to walk, the incline soon becomes steeper and there are sometimes steep ascents and descents over more or less paved paths and roots. Nothing for a trip in sandals - surefootedness and sturdy shoes are required!

The Tobelweg and the waterfall are relatively unknown. This means you have the narrow path almost to yourself. Nevertheless, I found the ravine, the rustic forest and the wild stream almost spectacular and beautiful! Part of the path has been buried by a mudslide. The "diversion" is less well developed. For the whole tour, good shoes and surefootedness are really recommended. After a rainy day, I would definitely advise against the hike, as there are steep sections that are sure to be slippery and dangerous. But otherwise: Absolutely recommendable 👍
