湖の周りの道の4分の3は林道に沿って続いています。木製の板の上を通るのは短い区間だけです。片側は小さな湿地帯で、反対側はフリレン湖の端です。濡れている場合は、木製の板の上では少し注意が必要です（滑りやすい）。

Highly recommended - we would love to come back

The dammed Saalch River already offers a very beautiful view. The small path directly upstream from the dam, directly at the lake, ends after about 3 kilometers, so stay on the upper cycle path.

Beautiful lake nestled in the mountains. Places to linger and enjoy the area. A detour is worthwhile not only in the summer months but also in winter.

Beautifully situated Frillensee

Behind the Adlgaß forester's house, a narrow path along the edge of the forest leads slightly uphill to the start of the mountain adventure trail, which is marked by a wooden archway. After a few hundred meters, the path meets a narrow forest road, which you now follow further uphill. Along the way, the various stations of the mountain adventure trail give you new tasks and clues. At a crossroads, keep slightly to the right and follow the signs to Frillensee, which you now reach quickly. It is up to you which direction you go around the lake. The footbridge that leads over the edge of the shore is particularly beautiful! After successfully circling the Frillensee, you descend along the ascent path to the Adlgaß forester's house. A stop at the forester's house can be highly recommended. Children will find a playground right next to the vegetable garden.

A leisurely hike, worth a trip even or especially when the weather isn't that great!
