A strenuous tour, no matter which side you approach. From the Hühnerspiel, the paths are very narrow, even over rocks at the end. From the Seblasspitze, it's a long walk, and you don't really walk on "paths." It's mostly rock. But thanks to the shape, this is very manageable, as the rocks are often flat. There are markings. The tour requires good experience and stable weather; otherwise, it could become slippery and muddy in rain. Very dangerous, especially on the ridge. A fantastic view at the top, no doubt!

The Zwölfernieder is a 2,300-meter-high pass below the Elferspitze. It connects the Pinnistal with the Stubai Valley.

Beautiful hut, which is easy to reach from the Karalm. Very friendly hosts and the food is excellent! The hut is also the start and finish point of the Stubai High Trail.

The Guardian Angel Chapel was built between 1957 and 1959.

Summit cross of the Kreuzjoch at 2136 m. Very easy to reach summit near the mountain station.

Especially in summer, lots of paragliders take off from there, which has led to some exciting moments for both the kids and us parents. Not every takeoff looks like a dream takeoff!

It takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on your fitness level, to climb up to the Elferhütte. Before or on the way back, the Elfer panoramic restaurant right at the mountain station offers a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

It was so pleasantly surprisingly beautiful for us to get off here when we took the cable car from Neustift to this mountain station for the first time. (What a luxury if one can use the Stubai Super Card😲) And if the weather is good...and there is a restaurant nearby and there are well-marked hiking trails and there are sights and... what more could you ask for?
