The Lenggrieser Hütte was a good starting point for our upcoming tours, friendly and helpful staff, the food is plentiful and served super quickly, when I think of the portion of Kaiserschmarren, which I can only recommend to everyone.

The Isar River near Bad Tölz is one of the most beautiful stretches of the river and a highlight of the region. The area around the Isarwinkel is particularly inviting for cycling tours. The Isar River is particularly clear here and a paradise for nature lovers. The Isar Cycle Path runs along the river and is ideal for tours – both towards Munich and into the mountains. The Bad Tölz riverside promenade offers a wonderful opportunity to cycle directly along the water and enjoy the view of the Isar. Bad Tölz is truly a beautiful place, captivating with its unique combination of nature, culture, and Bavarian charm. The Isar River dominates the townscape and invites you to cycle or simply take a relaxing break on its banks.

From the bridge in the center of Bad Tölz you have a great view of the Isar.

Super nice view of the lakes and the Alps. Unfortunately very crowded on Sundays and public holidays. Few hikers, many day trippers...
