Chapel of Peu del Romeu (also known as Chapel of Sant Jaume) Its origins date back to the Muslim period, between the 13th and 14th centuries, in the old Christian quarter. Built between 1399 and 1400 by Berenguer Marquès, it was initially dedicated to the Nativity of Mary (Our Lady of the Snows).

The Paeria Palace is one of Lleida's most emblematic buildings and the seat of the city council. Architectural style: Romanesque civil architecture, built in the 13th century. It is one of the few examples of non-religious Romanesque architecture in Catalonia. Façade: Notable for its sandstone and windows with semicircular arches. Interior: It houses historic rooms such as the Plenary Hall and the Altarpiece Hall, as well as archaeological remains in the basement. Name: “Paeria” comes from the Latin word patiari, meaning “to govern with justice,” reflecting the medieval municipal tradition.

The view from Carrer de Jaume II towards the Seu Vella and the Segre River in Lleida is truly spectacular and very representative of the city. The majestic Seu Vella, perched atop the hill, dominates the cityscape with its bell tower and imposing Gothic architecture. The Segre River, adding a touch of freshness and contrast, with its bridges and riverside promenades, creates a very photogenic scene. The word "paer" comes from the Latin "paciari", which means man of peace, and has its origins in the privilege granted by King James I in 1264. Schedule, Monday to Saturday: from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and holidays: from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Tòfol Footbridge is a favorite place for hiking in El Segrià. This wooden bridge crosses the Segre River, linking natural paths. Although it is close to the city, it makes you feel like you are far away, surrounded by nature. An excellent option to explore!
