Nice little bike path between Mesch and 's Gravenvoeren. It goes up and down, but be careful at the 's Gravenvoeren side, as it ends on a sharp turn after a downhill.

Most beautiful connection between Voeren and Heuvelland, but when the weather is nice it gets very busy and you can't go beyond Z1/2 😉

The current castle is a fortification of the 17th century castle, which was demolished in 1847. The impressive castle is surrounded by a wide moat and there is a gatehouse on the west side, which you can reach via an arched bridge. The stables of the old moated castle, Geulle Castle, demolished in 1850, have been converted into comfortable accommodation with elegantly landscaped gardens within the moat.

I used to cycle here regularly before this bridge and the bungalows were there. In my personal opinion it is a shame what they have done to this beautiful nature reserve. Best to go when it is colder or slightly less good walking weather, so that you can easily get over the bridge.
