No chance of getting going again once a foot goes down. Similar to Blackquarries hill at Wotton in length and sharpness, probably a bit steeper on the hairpin. The length of the 20-30% section is no more than double the amount you can see from the bottom.

One of my favourite stretches of road. On a summer's day it's beautiful. Best done heading away from Bath rather than towards as otherwise it drags a little due to the slight gradient and it being reasonably exposed to the wind.
