The Olderdissen Local Animal Park [ˈʔɔlɐˌdɪsn̩] is a municipal zoo in Bielefeld. On approximately 16 hectares, approximately 80 different species with over 450 individuals can be observed. The park focuses on the presentation, care, and conservation of native species.

The Cistercian monastery of Marienfeld, founded in 1185, was one of the most important monasteries in Westphalia. The late Romanesque abbey church is an outstanding example of Cistercian architecture. The Cistercian Trail, a 1200-meter-long circular walk, leads around the monastery grounds. The monastery café and the monastery parlor provide a great range of culinary options on site.
