Beautiful area for biking

Great bike path, well worth riding!

Eltville is unjustly less well known than Rüdesheim among those unfamiliar with the Rheingau region; the closed building structure of old half-timbered houses makes Eltville a gem.

Although not true Gothic, this little chapel fits perfectly into the Gothic-influenced and quaintly beautiful town of Kiedrich.

The castle and the view of the river are beautiful, and the adjacent castle park is wild and romantic.

On the Wisper Trail "Gladbacher Almauftrieb," you pass this spot, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Niedergladbach and the Catholic parish church of St. Ägidius. There's also a picnic bench here, inviting you to linger.

The chapel in Kiedrich, often referred to as St. Michael's Chapel, is an architectural gem of the late Gothic period and a popular destination for culture vultures and cyclists. It is located on the outskirts of the village toward Eichberg and is often described as a "tiny, but equally beautiful chapel."
