The Stellmoorer Tunneltal in Hamburg-Rahlstedt is known for its wide, open meadows. In late summer, heather blooms here and there, bathing the landscape in a soft purple. The landscape provides a habitat for many insects and birds. In order to preserve it sustainably, the sensitive ecosystem of the Stellmoorer Tunneltal is under nature conservation.

The forest in Volksdorf is a beautiful mixed forest, but mainly beech trees grow here. And what is very surprising is that deer feel at home in the triangular forest, which is completely surrounded by houses, and live here.

Gut Wulfsdorf is a former estate and now a farm in the Ahrensburg district of Wulfsdorf. Gut Wulfsdorf has been owned by the city of Hamburg since 1925. In 1989 the farm was leased to the farmer Georg Lutz and has been managed according to ecological principles ever since. The estate's former manor house and the adjacent park with pond are leased by the Jordsand Association, which has its office in the building now called the House of Nature. The Kiebitzmoor consists of a few narrow paths, a small forest and a lake - the only moorland here is around the lake. It is hidden between Voksdorf and the Stelloorer Tunneltal / Höltigbaum. The Kiebitzmoor is a natural monument of around 1.7 hectares on the eastern edge of Hamburg-Volksdorf. The Kiebitzmoor is located east of the Tonradsmoor road, which connects Eulenkrugstrasse with Buchenkamp. In the southwest it borders directly on the Meienthun forest area.
