ビッケスハイムの「我らが愛する婦人」巡礼教会は、1250年から1260年にかけてマルクグラーフ・ルドルフ1世によって、古い建物の跡地に建てられました。継続的に拡張されています。 教会は非常に美しく装飾されており、いくつかの古いフレスコ画も展示されています。 1965年以来、この教会は地元の教区教会も兼ねています。

Bickesheim gained great importance through its pilgrimage church, whose historical origins are shrouded in mystery. The Eberstein family, who were very wealthy on the Hardt hill, allied themselves with the Margraves of Baden in the 13th century through the marriage of Margrave Rudolf I and Kunigunde von Eberstein. Starting in 1250, Rudolf I and Kunigunde had a new Gothic church built on the site of an even older Romanesque building. The much-venerated image of "Mary with Child" and the Eberstein rose, as well as the round pillars in the church, date from that period.
