Østre Søbad at Almindsø near Silkeborg is one of Denmark's cleanest lakes. Here are two round, impressive bathing jetties right next to each other with a children's pool and facilities such as changing rooms, lovely benches, toilets and a sauna.

North-west of the Funder village, this church has no tower but it's a beautiful building nevertheless. Both the south portal and the north portal are built in Romanesque architecture and the pulpit is in the late Renaissance style.

On the National Cycle Route 3, just north of Thorning, this beautiful gravel road coasts the Nipgård Sø lake, which remains very close and good looking. Here you'll pedal surrounded by gorgeous nature.

The newly renovated Østre Søbad is beautifully located by Almindsø in Silkeborg. In addition to the lake bath, you will find, among other things, a mobile sales van with light snacks, a sauna, changing facilities and a popular sandy beach.
