Wassama Round House has been a spiritual and ceremonial site for California's Native American population for centuries. The site is currently open for special events and tours. Also, the third Saturday in October is "Gathering Day" and annual festival featuring crafts, dancing, basket weaving demonstrations and more.

Angel Falls is one of two waterfalls in this area. The Willow Creek cascades over some slick rock, carving a little gorge into the rock. Another waterfall is Devil's Slide further north of here. Ultimately, Willow Creek flows into Bass Lake.

A shuttle bus takes you here every 15 to 20 minutes from the main parking lot. It is particularly important to note that you now need to register for Yosemite NP because the park is designed to protect against crowds. This must be done online in advance.
