The fire tower is a must-see. It's best to climb to the top and see how far you can see. Access to the dome was closed a few years ago. Originally, two fire towers were visible, one in the Hoosier National Forest and one in the Morgan Monroe Forest.

This 17-acre lake is crystal clear and is known as a good fishing spot. This is also a great area for viewing the changing colors in autumn.

Centered around the Monroe County Courthouse, the Square is downtown Bloomington's most popular areas. With numerous eateries and cafes, it's a great place to start, end, or or pass through on a ride.

Griffy Reservoir is the result of the damming of Griffy Creek and is the heart of the Griffy Lake Nature Preserve. There is a great view of the water (whose level is dependent on the time of year) from the bridge. You also get a lot of views from the trails on the banks of the water.
