Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles. People told us that's quite rare.

This park is a great spot to start and end your ride while you explore the Zion area. There's water, toilets, shady areas, and the river to cool down in.

Bloomington Park, along the Virgin River Trail South, has sports fields and a playground for kids. The park has views of the Virgin River and public restrooms.

The arch attracts a lot of hikers, equestrians and bikers. It is located along the Turtle Wall, where many tortoises live. Please, do not touch the animals; they are protected wildlife.

A wide, walkable cave that requires just a small amount of scrambling to get into. From the mouth of the cave, you can see above St. George neighborhoods into the red rock landscape.

A segment of the trail that goes through a canyon with tall rock walls of red sandstone on each side.

A smaller, red-rock canyon within Snow Canyon. This area is known for having a higher probability than most for Gila monster sightings.

From here and in various other portions of the trail, you can see Wittwer Canyon to the southwest.
