The building dates from the 16th century and is in the Mudéjar style. It has a single nave and a main altar with a hemispherical dome, which until a few years ago was made of exposed brick, making it very beautiful. Currently, it has one entrance, although originally it was not surrounded by buildings and one could access the interior from the other entrance, which still exists and leads to an interior courtyard.

This building houses the Virgin Mary, venerated and much loved by the people of Casar and patron saint of children. In her honor, the town's patron saint festivities are celebrated every year from August 15th to 18th.

It is located in the Plaza del Sagrado Corazón and, according to available information, was built at the end of the 14th century, although it has been renovated several times since. Its style is civil Gothic, and the south façade dates from the late Gothic period, around 1499.

The castle sits atop a hill in Puebla de Alcocer (Badajoz, Extremadura), approximately 550 meters above sea level. Its origins date back to the 12th and 13th centuries, possibly built upon the site of an earlier Mudéjar fortress. It was remodeled in 1445 after being donated to Don Gutierre de Sotomayor, Master of the Order of Alcántara, by King John II of Castile. At the end of the 15th century, it passed to Doña Elvira de Zúñiga, as reflected in the coat of arms on the keep.

The García de Sola Reservoir, also known as Puerto Peña, is located on the Guadiana River, in the La Siberia Extremeña region (Badajoz). It was built in 1962 as part of the Badajoz Plan and has a capacity of 554 hm³. It is an emblematic site for its natural, scenic, and recreational value.

The Guadiana Riverside Trail in Siberia Extremadura is not an official name, but it refers to routes that run alongside the Guadiana River and its reservoirs in the La Siberia region (Badajoz), declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 2019. This area combines landscapes of pastureland, mountains and large bodies of water (Cíjara, García de Sola and Orellana reservoirs), ideal for hiking, cycling and wildlife watching.
