From the parking lot to the lake it is super pleasant in the middle of the woods, however the return is not great because for more than 3 km you follow the tarmac road there is no longer a path... the return is therefore to be avoided, it is better to retrace your steps

Protecting 52 ha of wetlands, the Nature Reserve is home to characteristic habitats of the Landes accessible by a slatted path: swamp forest, peat bog, pond, stream. The Black Pond which gives its name to the reserve is distinguished by its deep waters and muddy bottoms.

beautiful technical course some tarmacked portion and cycle path can be replaced by passage in the forest. But nice scenery.

nice road in the middle of the forest!! be careful with the locals who don't like cyclists too much :-)

A beautiful, calm pond suitable for bird watching. The road to get there does not have a cycle path, unlike most of the roads in the region which are often lined with a beautiful track.
