Very nice little walk! No particular difficulty for someone who is not sporty (haha) I would just advise against the last descent (at the end) to someone who would be afraid when it is slippery (lots of leaves and stones), in which case take the same passage as on the way there.

A very beautiful walking route through the peat bog to understand the specificities of this natural environment. The regional nature reserve is part of the Ramsar site "Lakes and peat bogs of the Jura Massif".

Magnificent place, ideal for contemplation, introspection and meditation. Beautiful energies.

The La Fratte belvedere is a superb view of the cliffs overlooking the turquoise lake and the forest.

Mercantine beach can be taken for an exotic place. It's a great place to take a break from your run or take in the views as you pass.

The La Fratte belvedere is accessible by a small path that branches off. to get closer to the cliff. The viewpoint is secured by barriers and thus allows you to enjoy the view in peace. And the panorama is really worth it: turquoise water and forest as far as the eye can see.

La Mercantine beach rolls out the red carpet for you but above all a beautiful lawn and fine sand to taste the water of Lake Vouglans. It's a beautiful equipped beach that will allow you to eat, fill your water bottles and even take a toilet break if necessary (it's better than doing it in nature).
