The Willapark Lookout was built in the early 19th century and its purpose is shrouded in local legend. Some say it was a summer house. WIth beautiful vistas in every direction, the perfect place for a picnic. Others say it was a party house, filled with gambling, drinking and excess. Others still, a place to store smuggled goods.
