Only useable at low tide, unless you fancy an unplanned swim. They're tricky but manageable, and you will be the entertainment for anyone sitting in the garden of the adjacent Ship Inn. Check the tide tables

Lerryn is a village on the River Lerryn and a quiet place to stop by the waterway. It is said to have inspired Kenneth Graham's 'Tales of the Riverbank'. Alongside picnic benches for lunch there is an Elizabethan bridge and stepping stones across the river at low tide. There are also a village stores and a pub.

Dramatically located church of St Winnow on the Fowey estuary. The public footpath passes right underneath the churchyard on the shoreline so it might not be passable at all tides. Check before you go.

Stepping stones across the River Lerryn. Useful for crossing right next to the free car park over to the footpaths. The Lerryn is still tidal at this point so it might not be passable at high tide or when the river's swollen!
