St Kenelm's church is well worth a look inside

This is an absolutely stunning place for garden accessories. They're sustainably crafted / sourced, they look really pretty, and they're amazing value! I'd highly recommend checking them out online! I wasn't aware they existed until passing the store on this walk, I now own a few nest boxes & bird feeders.

Avening is a typical, charming Cotswold village. Explore narrow streets lined with honey-coloured cottages, a historic church, a quaint pub, The Bell Inn or Queen Matilda, and a delightful tearoom,

Sapperton Valley has been carved by the River Frome and provides a picturesque setting for a walk. Enjoy scenes of canals, woodland, flood meadows and stone bridges as you make your way along this stunning stretch of footpath.

Daneway Ruins are the remains of a 13th century manor house surrounded by lush greenery and nestled within a peaceful woodland setting. Wander around and be transported to the past in this truly wondrous location.

There are some animals on this stretch of the walk, including horses, so check fields before letting dogs in.

A nice bit of woodland, with views over Gatcombe Wood and Nailsworth at either end.
