Beautiful summit. It's best to reach it the way I came down. The route I took up is quite poor, with lots of undergrowth, and the last stretch isn't suitable for people with vertigo.

It is a mass of masonry, standing alone next to an oak grove, in a beautiful spot in the Zeberio Valley. On plan, it is a rectangle divided into three bays, the first somewhat deeper than the second and considerably deeper than the third, which is oblong. The vaults are star-shaped, four-pointed stars with straight ribs that become more complex at the head, where there are six, because squinches are installed in the upper corners. At several points, especially the head and foot, there are visible buttresses, diagonally positioned in those places. Complementary elements to this vessel are four small chapels, two by two identical, attached to the head and second bays. Ultimately, the church is a large, monumental structure. The interior is considerably open, thanks to an effective system of main windows: an open oculus in the chancel, and large windows at south in each bay; the latter are pointed and enriched with sinuous, flamboyant Gothic tracery. Some have had to be restored several times. The stone choir occupies the rear part of the church, across its entire width, and has a ribbed vault with cambered ribs. The entrance is slightly tilted to one side and is wide, pointed, and has voussoirs. It is sheltered beneath the tower, which is composed of two parts: a tall mast with a square base, and then an octagonal prism that serves as the bell room. This is the most decorated part and has pinnacles, flamboyant spires, etc. The portico is a perimeter element, of a popular type, with wooden pillars, a tiled roof, and cobbled stone flooring, which is dated and signed. From this description, it may be deduced that the church of Zeberio, its core, is a considerable Gothic element from the late 15th century, which was gradually completed in the following centuries. But today there is nothing there that dates back to that distant date of 1190, when it was founded. The nave is not documented, but the choir is, which is Renaissance and the work of Domingo de Iturrieta in 1576. The other main parts are also documented: the sacristy, built in 1746 by Juan Bautista de Ybarra, and the tower—a very important element—by Gabriel de Capelastegui in 1765. The well-known portico, for its part, was signed in 1628 by Martín de Gorostiza (Gorozitu).

Steep road, well developed, therefore also down a pleasure

In the remains of an ancient castle, and surrounded by some ugly antennas, is this beautiful 360-degree balcony. A delight for the views.

Continuing with the comment, the climb up the Orozko face is gentler the first few kilometres, but the last 3 kilometres have a gradient of 9% with ramps of 13%.

I didn't try to get in, but if you bend down a lot, it seemed accessible.

If the Mandoia already had good views, this small balcony has even more beautiful ones
