The Church of St. Mary in Büdingen was originally built as a wooden church dedicated to Our Lady by Heinrich von Ysenburg between 1367 and 1370. In 1377, it was replaced by a basilica and expanded into a late Gothic hall church between 1476 and 1491.

You can easily spend the whole day here. Very interesting for both young and old.

You can move around freely in the wildlife enclosure.

The Oberhof in Büdingen, built in 1569/74 by Count Georg von Ysenburg-Ronneburg in the Renaissance style, was constructed by Count Georg von Ysenburg-Ronneburg.

The Mühltor Bridge in Büdingen was a wooden bridge in 1353. Before that, the first access to the old town was the ford across the Seemenbach at the Mehlpforte (Mead Gate).

Beautiful old beech trees in the forest.

Several life-size artworks by the artist Ottmar Hörl have been erected in front of the Celtic Museum.
