The Church of San Pedro is one of the most emblematic churches in Carmona (Seville), recognizable above all for its tower known as La Giraldilla, due to its resemblance to the Giralda of Seville. Built in the 15th century on the site of the former hermitage of the Virgen de la Antigua, its Baroque tower, called La Giraldilla, was originally designed by Hernán Ruiz the Younger around 1565 and completed in 1784.

Declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1906, even before the Giralda of Seville. Today it houses the Tourist Information Center and is used for cultural events and guided tours.

The Alcázar of the Seville Gate is one of Carmona's most iconic monuments and an exceptional example of defensive architecture with over 2,500 years of history. Remains dating back to the 9th century BC have been found, although the current structure began to take shape under the Carthaginians, who built a bastion atop an earlier tower to withstand Roman attacks.

The Cordoba Gate is one of Carmona's most emblematic monuments and a living testament to its ancient history. It formed part of the walled enclosure and the route of the Via Augusta, connecting Carmona with Cordoba. Its function was more propagandistic than defensive, conceived as a triumphal arch to symbolize the power and prosperity of the Roman Empire.

The site was originally a Turdetani-Punic acropolis, then a Muslim fortress, and after the Reconquista, the favorite residence of Pedro I of Castile, who transformed it into a Mudéjar palace in the 14th century. It suffered damage from earthquakes (1504 and 1755) and various uses (a hospital during the plague of 1649, a bullring in 1871). In 1976, it was inaugurated as a Parador Nacional (a state-run luxury hotel), after a restoration that recovered its medieval splendor. It was the setting for the love story between Pedro I and María de Padilla, which adds a romantic touch to its past.

The Parador de Carmona is one of the most emblematic historical accommodations in Andalusia, located in the Alcázar of King Don Pedro, on the ruins of an old Muslim fortress at the top of Carmona.

Carmona has several viewpoints, but the most well-known is the Mirador de la Asomada del Ribero, located at the entrance to the town, and also the Mirador del Parador, next to the Alcázar of King Pedro. Both offer spectacular views.
