A beautiful town square featuring a unique mosaic pathway and charming fountains.

The place itself is not that special. The bullfighting arena is interesting because of the recordings made here for the TV series Game of Thrones. Unfortunately we couldn't go inside. We don't know why, very stiff, unfriendly people at the checkout.

2 km northeast of the municipality is a beautiful lagoon - Laguna del Gosque declared a nature reserve. Thanks to the proximity of the Laguna de Fuente de Piedra, the presence of flamingos and mallards is common.

El Saucejo is a popular town for its fountains, for example the Fuente del Moro, classified as an Asset of Cultural Interest. In the center of El Saucejo you can see a beautiful church - the Iglesia de San Marcos Evangelista and a few meters away the Town Hall building, also painted in the typical colors of western Andalusia, white and yellow.
