Interesting to see, abandoned, but clearly visible, someone once lived here. Several rooms dug into the hill, all that is left is the remains of people. A bit spooky if you are alone in the region, so I decided not to go in. 😉

The climb to the Mola Castle is a classic of the region. The summit of La Mola is a good viewpoint of the Vinalopó valley

Salt water surge near the Vinalopó riverbed. Waters with medicinal properties apparently very good for skin conditions.

Very nice section of this route! Top location, beautiful view. Take a short stop and capture the perspectives. It's worth it!

A very beautiful section, barren landscape in a river bed. Sometimes difficult to ride with the touring bike.
