The Parc del Garraf astronomical observatory was born in 1997, thanks to an agreement between the Barcelona Provincial Council and the non-profit organization OAG. For this purpose, the old Can Tòfol agricultural warehouse, in the municipality of Olivella, was recovered and fitted out. These facilities are located next to the Can Grau Nature School. The ground floor consists of a small room for conferences and activities, an exhibition hall, a digital planetarium and on the upper floor is the telescope, with a 280 mm aperture. On this track you can pedal very close to the banks of the Llobregat River and enjoy a natural landscape that is very well preserved despite the intensely urbanized area through which it passes.

Source at the foot of the Rivera de Cervalló valley and also called Les Fonts.

Once we reach the top of this mountain, we will have panoramic views of the area and the set of hills around Vallirana.

The original bridge dates back to 10 BC, and was part of the Roman Via Augusta. It was rebuilt in the 13th century, with its characteristic Gothic arch. It underwent new reforms in the 18th century and was destroyed in 1939 during the Spanish civil war, being rebuilt in its current form in 1963. Its name comes from the legend that tells that the devil offered an old woman to build the bridge in exchange for the soul of the first person to cross it. The old woman, who had asked the devil to build the bridge so that she could cross the river safely, hid a black cat in her bag, which she released before crossing the bridge so that the devil could claim her soul.
