The Puente de San Rafael is a bridge in Córdoba that spans the Guadalquivir River. It is located downstream of the Roman Bridge and connects the districts of Campo de la Verdad and Centro. The bridge was built in the mid-20th century and was for a long time the only connection across the river besides the Roman Bridge. The well-developed cycle path runs over the bridge during the route. From here you can enjoy beautiful views of the river. Córdoba has made significant efforts in recent years to improve the infrastructure for cyclists. There are several cycle paths along the Guadalquivir that make it possible to explore the city and its sights comfortably by bike.

The Guadalcabrillas Tower is located next to the Guadalquivir River on the Avenida del Alcázar, in the section of the walled enclosure of the Alcázar Viejo and the Orchard of the Alcázar of Córdoba. The Guadacabrilla Tower was built during the reign of Enrique III (1390-1406) by order of the Mayor of Córdoba Luis Sánchez. Its function was to complete the defensive line of the Royal Road from Córdoba to Seville along the right bank of the Guadalquivir.

The Torre de Guadalcabrillas is a historic tower located on the right bank of the Guadalquivir River. The tower was originally built in the 14th century by corregidor Pedro Sánchez, on the site of an older atalaya (observatory) from the 8th century. The current structure is an octagonal albarrana tower, meaning that it is a free-standing tower that stands apart from the city walls.

The Camino in Andalusia is called Camino Mozarabe and honors the Christians who lived in the Muslim area of Al-Andalus (called Mozarabs) and were aware of the discovery of the remains of the apostle Santiago in Compostela. They risked their lives to travel to Santiago, the immense distance from the south to the remains of the apostle in the north of Spain.
