I was here in July, and there were lots of edelweiss blooming. It was a beautiful mountain meadow.

Excellent cuisine, not exactly cheap, but worth every penny. A starting point for numerous hikes.

Every meter uphill is worth it; a gorgeous mountain lake with a beautiful meadow around it invites you to linger. This year, you could even jump into the cool water at the end of June, even though it was still quite cold ;)

Great rustic alpine hut with delicious daily menu, ideal for a rest (note: this is also the only rest stop in the valley)
